Emigrating from Colombia as a teenager, Diana struggled to learn English, be accepted, and find her place. She found she was often the only woman, the only Latina, and the youngest person in the room. Determined to change this, she opened doors, built inclusive organizations, and promoted allyship.
Today, she is the Diversity and Inclusion GM at Microsoft - the 2nd largest and most valued company in the world. Tune in to learn about how Latinas are advancing TECH!
